The different types of wealth holding as listing on the title page of this site are transferred into different Minerva Trusts by different routes in order to comply with the different tax regimes governing those types of wealth holdings. These routes are, if you like, legal and technical bridges across which your assets pass out from their present jurisdiction into another more favourable jurisdiction, where they can remain so protected for ever.

Once that wealth becomes held by Minerva Trusts they share common features and benefits.

·	The wealth grows more efficiently in its offshore environment

·	The wealth can be managed by you through a Personal Management Company - in the UK or outside the UK - outside of the original restrictions that applied

4	This means that the Trust contents and all their future growth, additional assets and income streams are completely free of all previous constraints.
